Exceeding the maximum number of approved guests may result in additional fees starting at $200, depending on the situation 🧼 Cleanliness & Checkout • Please keep the home clean and tidy during your stay • Dispose of trash in designated bins • Place used towels on the laundry room floor at checkout • No need to start laundry or strip beds • Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in an additional fee starting at $200, depending on the condition of the home 🍳 Kitchen Use • Feel free to use the kitchen • Please clean up after use and place dishes in the dishwasher 🏊 Pool Rules • Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty • No diving or running near the pool • Children under 14 must be supervised at all times • Keep pool gates closed • No glass in or around the pool area 🛏 Bunk Bed Safety • Children under 6 are not permitted on the top bunk 🐾 Pets • Registered pets are welcome • Please clean up all pet waste 🚭 Smoking • No smoking inside the home or on the deck • Please dispose of cigarette butts properly • A $250 fee will apply for smoking in prohibited areas 📹 Safety & Property • Exterior cameras are in place for security (no cameras in private areas) • Please report any damages immediately • Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay ⚠️ Liability • Use of the pool and bunk bed is at your own risk • By booking, guests accept responsibility for the safe use of all amenities 📌 Additional Notes • No illegal substances or activities • Hosts are not responsible for lost or stolen items • By booking, you agree to follow all house rules

🔓 Guest Access You’ll have full access to the entire home, backyard, and private pool area during your stay. The only restricted area is a locked storage shed attached to the carport.
