Property Use Cleanliness - Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins and clean up after yourself in common areas. On check-out, place used towels on the laundry room floor. Please do not start the laundry or strip the beds. Kitchen Use - Feel free to use the kitchen. Please clean up any mess you make and place dishes in the dishwasher before you leave. Pool Use – *No diving. *No running in the pool area. *Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. *Keep pool gates closed at all times. *Swim at your own risk – there is no lifeguard on duty. *No glassware in the pool area. Bunk Bed - Do not allow a child younger than 6 years to sleep in the top bunk. Pets - Registered pets are allowed. Please pick up all pet waste. Damages Any damage to the property or its contents should be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay. Additional Charges No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the back deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if there is smoking in prohibited areas. Extra Cleaning Fee - An extra cleaning fee of $250 may be applied if the property is left excessively dirty. Maximum Occupancy - Maximum number of guests: 12 during the day and up to 9 overnight registered guests. Exceeding this maximum without prior permission from the host will result in a $250 penalty. Miscellaneous Prohibited Items - No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the property. Personal Belongings - The host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please secure your belongings. Acknowledgment Liability - Guest specifically accepts ALL liability for use of the bunk bed and swimming pool on the property and understands that the Owner and Owner’s Agent shall have no liability from any accidents, injuries, or death that may result from the proper or improper use of said bunk bed or swimming pool. Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of the bunk beds and swimming pool. Agreement - By booking this property, you agree to comply with all the house rules mentioned above. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from a well-equipped kitchen to all the essentials that made our stay easy and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The pool was the perfect place to unwind and cool off after long days of exploring. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer to freshen up our clothes before heading home. The location felt very safe and being right at the base of Mount Lemmon was ideal for our trip. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay and I’ll definitely be booking with them again the next time I’m in Arizona! Highly recommend.

Kat’s place was the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Not only was it in a good location, the house was better than I could have expected. I was awed when I walked in. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, there was every kitchen gadget one could need, including a counter top ice machine. I will be working my next Tucson visit around the availability of Kat’s place. Kat was so kind, quick to respond and someone I want to eran the money from my stay. My family and I can’t wait to stay again!

The house was very comfortable and there was enough space for our group. The patio and pool area were wonderful hang out spots and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. We will book again!! Kat was quick to respond on all my questions as well as communicating with me regarding any updates during our visit.

We loved Kat’s place. Plenty of space. Beautifully designed and very comfortable. Kitchen was great for cooking and entertaining. Everything you need was provided to cook with. Loved the outdoor space and pool. Great location to everything and safe neighborhood. Would stay there again.

It was easy to get in and everything was as described. I wish it was a little warmer when we were there so we could have enjoyed the deck and outdoor space more.
